Origins (The Black Diamond Series Book 3) Page 12
“Let me show you.”
Sean swiftly removed her blouse to reveal a bright lavender push up bra. He smiled as he continued to undress her to expose the matching panties.
“I love to undress you. I never know what color I'm going to uncover,” he told her.
Lily began to unbutton his shirt. “I like to keep you guessing.” She finished with his shirt and made short work of his pants and underwear before he pulled her back into his arms.
“Tell me your desire Lily,” he whispered to her.
Lily pushed him back onto the pillows.
“I want to feel the power of an African warrior. I want him to unleash his mighty weapon inside of me and then, I want him to do it all over again.”
Sean pulled her on top of him. “I love you Lily.”
Lily felt his arousal underneath her. “Hmmm...I love you.” She moved over him.
Sean released the clasp to her bra leaving her full breasts unencumbered. His large hands enfolded and fondled them until she was arching forward. He replaced his hands with his mouth. Lily leaned into the pleasure resulting from the licking, tugging and sucking on her hardened nipples. She felt her pleasure spot preparing for a sweet, slick invasion.
Sean continued his ministrations while cradling and caressing her perfectly round butt cheeks. Lily halted his gentle assault and watched him with smoldering eyes as she removed her panties and slowly, oh so slowly lowered herself over the ultimate source of her ecstasy. She cradled Sean's face practically attacking his mouth. Her tongue was an assault weapon tangling with his as she pressed her body against him allowing him to go deeper inside.
Lily was on fire and only Sean could do this to her. She sighed and held on tighter as he adjusted her for the full onslaught of his love. Sean's mouth was on hers, her neck and her waiting breasts. Her natural rhythm was increased by his powerful strokes.
“Bloom for me Lily...”
Lily threw her head back and accepted all that he was. Soon she was screaming his name signaling her first completion. Sean turned her over on the bed looking down at her.
“Time to get started...” He smiled down at her.
Lily smiled back lifting her hands over her head. “I'm ready.”
In the past Lily had not cared for missionary style of physical love making, but Sean had shown her that it could be very pleasurable, very pleasurable indeed. Sean gently slid her to the edge of the bed positioning her legs around his back granting him the perfect access. He leaned over her holding her arms above her head.
“Now, I'm going to shatter you beautiful.” He kissed her slowly, a lick, a nip, a suck until she was moaning and clutching at his warm hard body. Sean's pace was demanding and Lily managed to keep up as the intensity built, but when he whispered in her ear, “Come with me Lily,” she shattered completely shouting his name as he called hers. Lily collapsed against the mattress and Sean smiled down at her before picking her up and laying her fully on the bed beside him.
She smiled at him. “You handle your business very well,” she whispered before passing out.

Jordan returned home and parked in the garage. He sat in his car for a short time rethinking his day. He'd met with Carolyn and had to deal with Ray. That was enough to send anybody over the edge. He looked towards the door and smiled; on the other side was his life. Jordan knew there was no way in hell he deserved the two pretty girls waiting for him inside. Ray had told him to handle Sage and Diamond Black and that's exactly what he was going to do every day of his life.
He left the car and headed for the door. His pretty girls were waiting for him in the kitchen and when Diamond saw her daddy she began clapping and shouting, “Dada!” Jordan's heart, the one he at one time thought he didn't have, tingled with happiness. Diamond reached for her daddy and he welcomed her, holding her close and kissing her softly.
“Hello pretty little girl.” He turned to Sage and opened his arm to her and she came and held him gently laying her head on his shoulder.
"Pretty girl...” he said as she lifted her face to him and he kissed her softly.
Sage looked up at him and he smiled at her.
“I've decided not to kill your brother,” he told her.
“Thank you. Why did you want to kill him today?” she asked.
Jordan shook his head. “Nothing it's done.” He kissed her again.
Sage gave him a look. “Okay. Hopefully it is.”
“I just want to change and be with my pretty girls,” he told her.
Sage took a reluctant Diamond from her daddy and he headed upstairs. When Jordan was done, he found Sage in Diamond's room on the floor playing with blocks. He glanced at the mural on the wall as he walked over to them. It was a bright and colorful story of their lives together. He smiled and dropped to the floor next to Sage. Diamond quickly scooted over to her daddy climbing in his lap.
“So how was the meeting with Carolyn?” Sage asked.
“Much better than I anticipated, that's for sure,” he answered.
Sage smiled at him. “Good. I'm glad.” Sage took his hand. “I'm proud of you Jordan.”
He looked over at her. “Thank you.”
“I'm always proud of you. The man you are,” she explained.
“That means a lot to me Sage.”
Diamond laid her head sleepily on her daddy's chest and Jordan looked down at her.
“She's been a pistol today hasn't she?” he asked Sage.
Sage smiled tiredly. “Isn't she always?”
Jordan studied his wife. “You know what baby, I was thinking it's been a while since I've taken you out.”
Sage shook head. “I don't need to go out Jordan. I'm happy here with you and Diamond.”
Jordan nodded slowly. “I'll put her to bed and then we can have dinner.”
Sage got to her feet. “Okay, I'll see you downstairs.”
Jordan watched his wife leave the room and looked again at his daughter. Sage was a young, beautiful woman and he had to make sure he stayed on top of his game. Jordan had witnessed the evidence of women cheating on their husbands. If he lost Sage, his life would be over. Yeah, it was time for Jordan to work some serious Black Magic.
Chapter 12
Dr. Williams watched as a smiling Carolyn entered his office. She looked radiant today he had to admit. This was a good sign.
“Hello Carolyn.”
She smiled. “Hi Dr. Williams.”
“You seem very happy today. I take it the visit last week with Jordan went well?”
“Yes, it did.”
Dr. Williams nodded. “He's not the monster you once thought?”
Carolyn shook her head. “No, he's not. He's grown into a man that loves and protects his family.”
“I know that he's been hurt a lot as well. His mother left him as a small boy," she told him.
“Did you know his mother?” Dr. Williams asked.
Carolyn groaned. “Yes. I know Joanna.” She looked down at her hands.
“We plotted together to ruin Sean and Jordan,” she confessed.
Dr. Williams looked confused. “So the two of you wanted to ruin your own sons?”
Carolyn nodded sadly.
“Can you tell me why?” he asked.
“It actually was Milton Martin's idea and I contacted Joanna.”
Dr. Williams wrote something on his pad. “And who is Milton Martin?”
“He's the father of a close friend of both Jordan and Sean. His daughter is in love with Sean.”
“Is that Sean's fiancée?”
“No. Sean didn't want her.”
Dr. Williams nodded. “So how did you come to be involved in this plot?”
Carolyn looked away. “Milton and I were seeing each other.”
Dr. Williams looked surprised. “In a relationship?” he asked.
“We didn't have sex, but yes a relationship.”
“Are you in love with him?”
Carolyn looked back at the doctor. “No.”
“But you have feelings for him?”
Carolyn twisted her hands. “No.”
“Then I don't understand.”
Carolyn sighed. “Milton is very rich and lives very well.”
Dr. Williams nodded in understanding. “You wanted him to give you the life you desire.”
“Yes, I'm ashamed now to say that.”
Dr. Williams smiled. “Well that's progress.”
“I guess. I don't know what I'm going to say to him when I get out of here.”
“What do you want to say to him?”
“I don't want to be with him...that way,” she said softly.
“Then that's what you should tell him.”
Carolyn looked out the window. “He'll think I was using him.”
“You were Carolyn.”
She turned back to him. “You're right, I was.”
“You're much more than a beautiful woman Carolyn.”
“I'm learning that now.” She smiled.
Dr. Williams watched her for a moment. “Sean has asked me when I think you'll be ready to leave.”
Carolyn waited.
“In my professional opinion, I think you're progressing very well. I know that Sean is anxious to get married but he also wants you to be there.”
Carolyn nodded.
“How do you feel about leaving here Carolyn?”
“I'm both anxious and afraid.”
“Afraid?”
She nodded. “Afraid that I'll become out of control again.”
“It was mostly the anger and guilt that drove you into that state. I think you've dealt with a lot of that at this point,” Dr. Williams pointed out.
“I guess so. I'm anxious to see my family; my sons.”
“What do you feel you need to be well on your own Carolyn?” he asked.
Carolyn looked at Dr. Williams. “I think I just need love.”
“Will you allow them to love you; their way, not yours?”
Carolyn thought about Sean and Trent, and even Jordan. She realized that she did want them to love her and to be a part of the love they all shared, a love that couldn't be broken.
She smiled brightly. “I think I'd like that. I'd like that a lot.”
*********
Callie sat at her desk working on the files Ray had given her. She was a little anxious since later this evening Trent was taking her on the tour of USC. Callie knew that Trent was a natural flirt but she still thought he was the finest thing walking around. Yet it wasn't just his looks, Trent was a naturally good guy with a big heart; and that was totally irresistible. She went back to her files until Mr. Irresistible came through the door.
He had a huge smile on his handsome face as he approached her desk. “Guess what Callie? I got in the Secure Programmer project!” he exclaimed happily.
Callie jumped from her seat without thinking rushing to him. “Oh my God! Trent! That's great!” She threw her arms around him and went to kiss him on the cheek when he quickly turned his head and their lips connected. Callie stepped back.
“Trent!”
He smiled. “Sorry.”
Callie stood in front of him. “You don't have to play games Trent. If you want to kiss me you should just ask me.”
Trent grinned. “Does that apply to everything?”
Callie went back to her seat. “Congratulations Trent. That's a huge accomplishment. I'm sure your family will be so proud of you,” she said quietly before going back to her work.
Trent stood watching her. “I'm really sorry Callie. That was out of line. I don't know what I was thinking.”
Callie kept working.
“You're mad at me now,” Trent said.
“Yes I am.”
Trent came closer to her desk. “I swear I'll never do anything like that again.”
He pinned her with those dark eyes. “Please don't be mad at me Callie.”
“I don't have time for games Trent.”
“Okay.”
Callie turned back to her desk. “I have work to do.”
Trent sighed and walked to his office. Once there he sat at his desk.
“Well you messed that up,” he said out aloud.
He walked back out to Callie's desk. “Do you still want to do the tour tonight?”
Callie looked up. “Yes.”
“Okay.” He walked back to his office.
The day crept by for Trent. He knew he'd messed up but he had to find a way to make it right.
He never wanted to hurt or disrespect Callie. She was the coolest person he knew but she was just so damn fine and sweet that he lost his head with her.
Callie didn't speak to Trent for the rest of the day until it was time for them to leave. Trent offered to drive and walked her to his car. After he'd settled Callie in, he went around to the driver's side. He turned to her before starting the car.
“Callie, I'm sorry. I never want to disrespect you or make you feel that you don't want to be around me.”
“You don't have to keep apologizing Trent.”
“I'm going to apologize until you're not mad at me anymore.”
Callie smiled. “Okay then, I'm not mad at you anymore Trent.”
“Really?”
“Really,” She smiled at him.
“If you do it again, I'm going to kick you in the nuts,” she said sternly.
Trent smiled. “Okay, then I guess I won't be doing that again.” He started the car and took off.
While driving he looked over at her in blue skinny jeans, black Chucks and a black Raiders T-Shirt.
“You look straight LA right now,” he told her.
“I rep my hood.”
“Okay.”
Callie looked him over in jeans and a button down shirt and casual shoes.
“You look like a businessman,” she told him.
Trent frowned. “What?”
Callie smiled. “Do you know what sneakers and T-shirts are?”
“Yeah.”
Callie shrugged. “Then why do you dress like you're thirty? I mean when you're not at work?”
Trent looked out of the window focusing on the road while thinking. “I guess I don't want people to treat me like a kid so I dress older.”
Callie turned to him. “You're not a kid Trent, but you're not Ray or your brothers either. If you wear some sneakers, it's cool.”
“You think so?”
She smiled. “Yeah, I think so.”
Trent kept driving deep in thought until they reached the campus. He helped Callie out of the car and began showing her around. He answered her questions about different buildings and programs while checking her out the entire time.
“Where do you want to go for dinner?” Callie asked as they were winding up.
Trent looked surprised. “You're still taking me?”
“You took me on the tour didn't you? What, you’re not hungry?”
“I’m always hungry.”
Callie smiled up at him. “So where do you want to go Trent?”
Trent's attention had been snagged by something behind her as he looked over her head.
Callie turned to see what had captivated him. She watched as the beautifully graceful woman approached. Her eyes caught with Callie's and Callie picked up on the surprise in the woman's eyes.
Oh hell, Callie thought, this must be one of Trent's women. Callie didn't do drama, not at all. The woman joined them turning to Trent.
“Hi Trent.”
“Hey Isis,” Trent greeted. He looked between the two women and introduced them.
“Callie this Isis. Isis this is Callie.”
Both women looked confused as both were waiting for the other to be introduced as his girlfriend.
“Nice to meet you.” Isis extended her limp hand to Callie.
Callie didn't know whether she was supposed to kiss it or curtsy in front of her, instead she took her hand.
“Nice to meet you too Isis.”
Isis turned back to Trent. “Nice to see
you again.”
“You too Isis.” He smiled down at her.
Their eyes met. “Well I'll see you around.”
Trent nodded and Isis hurried in the direction of the theater as Trent watched her go.
Callie waited patiently until Trent's attention returned to her.
“So she's who you want.”
“Who?”
“The princess, she's the one you want to be with?”
Trent shrugged.
Callie laughed. “Playing ignorant is not your strong suit Trent. It's cool. I'm not trying get involved in anybody's love situation.”
“It's complicated,” Trent told her.
Callie shrugged. “It's only complicated when people make it that way.”
She started walking and Trent followed. “If you want to skip dinner, that's cool,” she told him.
“Nah, let's eat,” he said walking beside her.
Callie looked at him. “Okay.”
Trent drove to a restaurant near the office since Callie had to return to get her car. They were seated and Callie looked over at him.
“So what's the deal with you and the princess, you two used to get down or what?”
Trent smiled. “Well I guess there are no bushes being beaten around tonight.”
“When you put your lips on mine you gave me the right to ask,” she told him.
Trent nodded. “I was crushin' hard on Isis. She thinks I'm too young for her so she's not giving me any play.”
Callie nodded her head. “So you're just going to break every other girl's heart until the princess changes her mind?”
Trent frowned. “I'm not breaking anybody's heart.”
“When you play games Trent, people get hurt.” Callie told him then picked up her menu.
“I would never hurt you Callie.”
She looked up. “I would never let you Trent.”
“Okay.” He picked up the menu then stopped. “Did I have a chance Callie?”
She looked at him. “You did Trent.”
He smiled a devilish grin. “You should have never told me that.”
Callie picked up her menu. “Order your food boy.”
They placed their orders and sat looking at each other.
“So tell me about the Callie I don't know,” Trent prompted.
Callie put her chin in her hand with her elbow on the table. “The Callie you don't know goes to school, works two jobs and avoids drama at all costs because she's had enough to last her a lifetime.”
